The project comprised of full renovation and modernization of a fire-damaged existing 2-story commercial property on Western Ave in Lincoln Square. The goal of the project is to convert the second floor into 11 apartments while keeping the commercial spaces at the ground floor. The renovation process involved a thorough assessment of the current state of the building, including its structural integrity, electrical and plumbing systems, and overall functionality.

The renovation team created a modern and functional design that maximizes the use of space and provides comfortable and attractive living quarters for tenants. This will include the installation of new windows, doors, and HVAC systems, as well as the upgrading of the building's insulation and soundproofing. The renovation team will also focus on creating efficient and sustainable living spaces that are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.  The final result is a beautifully renovated building that provides much-needed residential space while preserving the commercial spaces at the ground floor.
