This classic 6-story building with beautiful decorative masonry details was in desperate need of renovation. The 49 apartments had been neglected over the years. Located in a quiet street near the lake, the project consisted of a gut rehab with new unit layouts and modern finishes. The design included altering a majority of the apartments to include additional bedrooms and more efficient living spaces. New energy efficient HVAC systems were installed in each apartment removing the out dated boiler system. The building also features all new electrical and plumbing systems with water saving plumbing fixtures and energy efficient appliances.
